 The last few days we’ll any loan requirements and coordinate with the Title Company. Once everything is set, we’ll schedule the closing, you’ll sign, and get keys!

Let's meet to talk: Goals, wishlist & Strategy

Your goals are my goals and I want us to be aligned, so I can better assist you every step of the way. We’ll meet for a buyer’s consultation to hammer out all the details of where & what you’re looking for, and “must-haves." Every home and situation is different, but I’ll walk you through the process, so you feel confident when you find the perfect home! 

Pre-qualification

I’ll introduce you to one of my mortgage partners who can help you determine your buying price range with confidence. Be prepared to dig into paperwork during this part of the process such as pay stubs, W2’s, and tax returns. 

Listing Alerts

 I will set you up on an automatic search through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which is the database that Realtors use to list and search for homes. The moment a home that fits your search criteria is listed for sale, it will be sent to your email inbox. Make sure to let me know which homes pique your interest and we will set up some showings.

Schedule Showings

I will schedule a private showing or attend open houses with you. From there, we’ll again talk about strategy for this particular property and any specific contingencies we may need to be competitive. 

Found the Perfect Home?

When you’re ready to make an offer, you’ll sign electronically and I’ll present your offer to the seller. I'll walk you through all scenarios whether the sellers: accept, reject, or counter.  
 

You’re in Contract!

Time to schedule your inspection and attend to learn about the house. Your lender will order and schedule the appraisal. If anything comes back unexpected from the inspection or appraisal this is a time to ask for repairs or renegotiate pricing, if needed. Again, I’ll discuss all options and the best strategy for the situation.
